Shipping policy

Delivery

All orders are shipped via either USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx. Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days, unless stated otherwise. Tracking numbers will be provided to the Customer via email at the time of shipment. For US orders, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for packages sent via First Class to arrive and 7-10 business days for packages sent via FedEx. All previously written time frame estimates can vary, especially during peak seasons. Once your package has been shipped, please refer to your local post office and/or the appropriate parcel carrier regarding the status of your package. We cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages during transit. In the case that we receive a package back due either to an invalid address or never being claimed, the Customer will be responsible for paying the postage to remail.

 

International Orders

We have no control over, nor are we responsible for any customs, duties, or brokerage fees that may occur when importing goods into a country other than the United States. We will not alter customs declarations.
